We understand that over the many years of wear and washing, vintage clothes can not always fit the same as the size printed on the original tag... so we wanted to make it as easy and stress free as possible when returning to us! All returns must be unwashed, unused and in their original condition.
Our return policy is simple: If you don't like the item or it doesn't fit the way you expected, you can start a return within 30 days from the fulfilment date for a store credit - no questions asked. Please keep the swing tag attached.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty on arrival:
We own up to any mistakes made, so faulty items will be fully refunded and the return shipping is on us. All of our pieces are sent with a security swing tag, this is required to still be attached for a refund to be issued.
Any pieces that have been returned re-washed, worn/ smelling or the swing tag has been removed/ tampered with, at our discretion, can have a service fee of $15AUD deducted from the refund - the purchasers account & IP address will be barred from all relevant platforms. Greater damage such as tears or large stains will void a return case/ refund completely, the product will not be re-sent to you after a return case has been rejected.
Once we have received & processed your return you will receive a confirmation email along with a store credit or refund.
